Does PyAI integrate with HubSpot?
Yes. PyAI writes a signed, one-way HubSpot note after each call. It does not sync your pipeline.
Does PyAI integrate with Slack?
Yes. A formatted Slack message with the TL;DR, summary, and next steps posts to your channel when Recap completes. There is no per-message fee.
What do PyAI integrations cost?
Managed destinations carry no per-delivery fee. Phone imports bill like the Recap or Trace usage they create. LiveKit and Pipecat adapters meter Hear and Speak at their normal rates.
Is this a two-way CRM sync?
No. PyAI writes one-way per-call records. It does not read or change your pipelines, stages, or contact properties.
Can I use PyAI with LiveKit or Pipecat?
Yes. pip install livekit-plugins-pyai or pip install pipecat-pyai. Your worker keeps the LLM and transport. PyAI is Hear and Speak.
What happens when my endpoint is down?
PyAI retries eight times over about twenty minutes. If it still cannot deliver, the error and payload stay on the integration card so you can replay.
