PyAI x Apollo
Every completed call becomes a follow-up task on the Apollo contact.
Sequencing is only half the job; the other half is what happens after the call. PyAI resolves the Apollo contact (a CRM field when your calls carry one, otherwise a phone match) and creates a follow-up call task with the TL;DR as the title and the full recap in the note: summary, next steps, and the call reference, due the next day and marked high priority so it does not sink in the queue.

What lands in Apollo
One call task per completed call, on the matched contact, owned by the rep you choose. The TL;DR reads as the title; the note carries the summary, next steps, and call reference.
The task after a rescheduling call
Task (type: call, priority: high, due: tomorrow)
Contact: Jane Doe (matched by phone)
Owner: your rep
Title: Customer asked to reschedule Friday's installation
Note:
The customer called to move their appointment. The agent offered
Tuesday or Wednesday morning; the customer chose Wednesday 9-11am.
Next steps: Confirm the new slot by SMS and update the calendar invite.
Call: call_8fK2mQ9xR4Setup, end to end

Delivery you can prove
Verified, and never twice
Every delivery carries proof it is really from us (the X-PyAI-Signature header, an HMAC your tools can verify) and a unique receipt id (the Idempotency-Key), so a retry can never post the same call twice.
Retried, then shown to you
If your endpoint hiccups, we retry with backoff (eight attempts over about twenty minutes). Still failing? The exact error waits on the integration card in your console, not in a log you never read.
Your credentials stay yours
Tokens, secrets, and webhook URLs are encrypted at rest and masked everywhere. They never appear in the messages we send.
Included, no extra fees
Integrations come with your Recap or AMD usage. There is no per-connection or per-delivery charge.
FAQ
How is the Apollo contact matched?
If the call carries an apollo_contact_id or apollo_id CRM field, that contact is used directly. Otherwise PyAI searches your Apollo contacts by the caller's phone number. No match means the delivery is flagged on the integration card with the error, visible instead of silent.
Why a task and not an activity log?
Apollo's public API writes per-contact actions as tasks, and a task is the more useful artifact anyway: the follow-up lands in the rep's queue with the full context, due the next day. Your sequence state stays untouched.
Can AMD outcomes create tasks too?
Yes. Subscribe the same connection to AMD decisions and each verdict creates a task titled with the outcome and confidence (for example, voicemail at 92%), so retry decisions stop living in someone's memory.
What does the Apollo integration cost?
It is included with your Recap or AMD usage. There is no per-task or per-connection fee from PyAI. Apollo's own API rate limits and plan apply on their side as usual.
