Your assistant can hear. And speak. And make the call.
Turn voice notes into text, give written answers a natural voice, capture useful conversation summaries, and place the phone calls you approve. Start with one skill and a PyAI account.
Prepare and preview a phone call, confirm who it will reach and why, then place it only with your authorization. Read the returned status and available artifacts.
Install Calling · terminal
openclaw skills install @atomsai/pyai-calling
Then ask OpenClaw
Use PyAI Calling to prepare a call to the number I provide. Ask me for the purpose, caller number and agent, show the preview, and wait for my approval before dialing.
An eligible PyAI project, telephony:manage, an owned caller number, a configured agent and credits. Real calls can incur charges; sandbox access alone cannot dial.
Install the official PyAI CLI, run pyai login, then pyai whoami --json to check the project and permissions. Keep credentials out of assistant messages.
Install your chosen ClawHub skill above. Open a new OpenClaw session if the skill is not yet available.
Start with a short recording you may share, a line of text, or a known Recap ID. Verify the returned result before adding it to a larger workflow.
For Calling, configure the agent and owned caller number first. Preview the destination, purpose and duration, then approve the real call. Summaries and transcripts are returned only when available.
Hear 1.0.0, Speak 1.0.0, Recap 1.0.1 and Calling 1.0.0 are publicly available under @atomsai. Install only the skills your workflow needs.
Do these skills install an MCP connection?
These skills guide OpenClaw to use the official PyAI CLI. Install the CLI and sign in through pyai login. Remote MCP is a separate integration path.
Can OpenClaw place a call as soon as I install Calling?
Calling also needs an eligible project, telephony:manage permission, an owned caller number, a configured agent and credits. It previews the intended call and requires your authorization before dialing. Installing a skill does not authorize a call or number purchase.
Can Hear and Recap work together?
Yes, when the transcript has the speaker roles and timing Recap requires. Hear can produce a transcript; Recap needs suitable customer/agent utterances. The assistant must ask for missing context rather than inventing roles or timestamps.
What does it cost?
PyAI processing and calls follow the current usage terms on pyai.com/pricing. OpenClaw model or hosting costs are separate. Check the selected PyAI project before processing audio or placing a call.
