These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PyAI platform, APIs, console, and websites (collectively, the “Services”) operated by PyAI (“PyAI”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are effective as of July 28, 2026 and supersede any prior versions.

Notice: These Terms contain a binding arbitration provision and class-action waiver (Section 11) that affect your rights. Please read them carefully.

1. Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for your account, your API keys, and all activity under them. Keep keys secret; treat them as credentials. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • break the law, infringe others’ rights, or violate telephony, recording, or consent regulations;
  • clone or synthesize a person’s voice without their explicit, documented consent;
  • place calls or send communications that are unlawful, deceptive, or harassing; or
  • probe, overload, or circumvent the Services’ security, rate limits, or quotas.

3. Free credit and billing

New organizations may receive promotional credit, which is granted at our discretion and may be subject to verification or other conditions. Promotional credit is use-it-or-lose-it, has no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Paid usage is metered per second and billed per the published rate card.

4. Customer content and consent

You retain ownership of the audio, text, and data you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Services. You represent that you have all rights and consents necessary for any voice you clone and any call you record or transcribe.

5. Service availability

We work hard on reliability but the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Beta and preview features may change or be withdrawn. Service levels, where offered, are described in a separate agreement.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Services and all related IP except your Customer Content. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Services except as permitted by law.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Services.

9. Privacy and data protection

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. If you process personal data of third parties through the Services, you are the data controller and we act as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for such processing and for complying with applicable data-protection laws.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
