Support desk

Every JustCall call, scored and written up in Zendesk.

Support teams drown in calls that were fine but never got written up, and in calls that went sideways but nobody flagged. Connect JustCall to PyAI and every completed call imports, transcribes, summarizes, and scores. Connect Zendesk and the recap opens as a ticket with the summary already in it, tagged so your views route it. The desk sees the same truth as the phone system, finally.

One call, end to end

The loop

  1. 1

A call completes in JustCall, like every call today.

  2. 2

PyAI imports it: the recording is pulled through the official JustCall API, transcribed with speaker labels, summarized into a Recap record, and scored in Trace.

  3. 3

The recap opens a Zendesk ticket: TL;DR as the subject, summary and next steps in the first comment, tagged pyai + recap.

  4. 4

Your Zendesk views and triggers pick it up: assign, escalate, or auto-close, exactly like human-written tickets.

  5. 5

QA reviews the Trace scorecard in PyAI instead of sampling recordings by hand.

What it looks like running

One call, both systems

JustCall: call completed (3m 42s)
PyAI: transcript -> Recap -> Trace scorecard
Zendesk: ticket #48213
Subject: Customer asked to reschedule Friday's installation
  Tags: pyai, recap
  "The agent offered Tuesday or Wednesday morning;
   the customer chose Wednesday 9-11am."

Setup order

  1. 1

Connect JustCall (Integrations, JustCall card) and register the generated webhook URL in JustCall's Webhook Settings under Call completed.

  2. 2

Connect Zendesk (Zendesk card) with your account host, agent email, and API token, then press Test.

  3. 3

Tag-based Zendesk views collect the tickets automatically; adjust your triggers as you like.

  4. 4

Place or wait for one real call and compare: the JustCall log, the PyAI recap, the Zendesk ticket. One call, one story.

FAQ

Do I have to switch phone systems?

No. That is the point of the importer: JustCall stays your phone system. PyAI reads completed calls through verified webhooks and the official API.

Which calls become Zendesk tickets?

Every completed call with a Recap completion, by default. If that is too many, route them in Zendesk with the pyai tag (auto-solve low-risk topics, escalate complaints) or subscribe only AMD outcomes instead.

What does Trace add if I already have Zendesk reporting?

Trace scores 100% of calls against your rule packs with findings that cite the exact line of the conversation, instead of the 1-2% of calls a human can listen to. Zendesk holds the ticket; Trace holds the evidence.

What does this stack cost on the PyAI side?

Imported calls bill like any other Recap or Trace usage. The JustCall connection, the Zendesk connection, and the deliveries carry no extra fee. JustCall and Zendesk bill you as usual.
