The Aircall importer is rolling out now: we are proving it with real Aircall accounts first, then it opens for everyone. When it opens for you, completed calls import with recordings refreshed through the official Aircall API, and every call lands in Recap and Trace exactly like the JustCall importer.

What will land in PyAI

The same shape as the JustCall importer: transcript, Recap summary, and Trace scorecard under one stable call id. Aircall's two-event lifecycle is coalesced so a late recording asset merges into the same call.

Aircall call.ended (+ call.comm_assets_generated)

Built into every connection

Delivery you can prove

Verified, and never twice

Every delivery carries proof it is really from us (the X-PyAI-Signature header, an HMAC your tools can verify) and a unique receipt id (the Idempotency-Key), so a retry can never post the same call twice.

Retried, then shown to you

If your endpoint hiccups, we retry with backoff (eight attempts over about twenty minutes). Still failing? The exact error waits on the integration card in your console, not in a log you never read.

Your credentials stay yours

Tokens, secrets, and webhook URLs are encrypted at rest and masked everywhere. They never appear in the messages we send.

Included, no extra fees

Integrations come with your Recap or AMD usage. There is no per-connection or per-delivery charge.

When does the Aircall importer open?

Soon. We are proving it with a real Aircall account first (real webhooks, recording downloads, one clean record per call, and a clean disconnect), then it opens for everyone. Ask us and we will flag you for early access.

Why the wait when JustCall is already live?

Aircall splits one call across two events and expires its recording URLs after an hour, so the importer has to refresh and merge correctly before any customer call depends on it. We prove that with real fixtures first.

Can I get notified when it opens?

Yes. Contact us from the integrations page and mention Aircall; we will flag your account for the rollout.
