How is the person matched?
By the caller's phone number against your Pipedrive people. When there is no match, the activity still logs with the full recap and call reference so nothing is lost.
Can I send AMD outcomes to Pipedrive too?
Yes. Subscribe the same connection to AMD decisions and each outcome logs as an activity with the verdict and confidence in the subject line.
What does the Pipedrive integration cost?
