Prior express written consent
A signed, specific authorization to receive marketing calls/texts at a named number using an autodialer or artificial/prerecorded (AI) voice, the strictest TCPA consent standard.
Prior express written consent is the high bar the TCPA sets for marketing calls placed with an autodialer or an artificial/prerecorded (AI) voice. To be valid it generally must name the seller, authorize calls to a specific number, disclose that automated technology or an AI voice may be used, and not be required as a condition of purchase. It must be captured and stored so you can produce it later.
