These Terms govern your use of the PyAI platform at pyai.com and its subdomains. By accessing the platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You may not access PyAI on behalf of an organization unless you are authorized to bind that organization. AtomsAI may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our acceptable-use policies.

2. Acceptable use

Don’t use PyAI to violate the law, infringe rights, or attempt to compromise the platform or other customers’ workloads. AtomsAI reserves the right to investigate and act on suspected violations.

3. Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to PyAI. AtomsAI processes that data only as necessary to provide the platform, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and your customer agreement.

4. Intellectual property

The PyAI software, brand, and documentation are the property of AtomsAI. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in the platform itself.

5. Warranty disclaimer

The platform is provided “as is.” AtomsAI disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtomsAI’s total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you for the platform in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Changes

AtomsAI may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account at least 30 days before they take effect.
