AtomsAI, Inc. (“AtomsAI”, “we”, “our”) operates the PyAI platform at pyai.com and its subdomains. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the platform and how we handle it.

Information we collect

We collect identifiers (name, email, organization), telemetry about your use of the platform (pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location), and the content you choose to upload or send through PyAI workflows. We do not sell personal information.

How we use information

We use the information to operate, secure, and improve the platform; to bill customers; to communicate about service updates; and to comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data with sub-processors who provide hosting, observability, and email delivery, and with our enterprise customers’ designated administrators where applicable. We do not share with advertisers.

Data retention

We retain project data for the lifetime of the customer contract plus 90 days. Audit logs, where required for regulated workloads, may be retained longer per the deployment’s configured policy.

Your rights

This is a starting-point policy. Specific contractual commitments to a customer (DPA, BAA, sub-processor list) live in your customer agreement and supersede the language here where they conflict.
